8. What’s your professional background Johnny?
Before becoming a copywriter, I worked in Business Development for five years and Public Relations (PR) for three.
These jobs taught me invaluable lessons about how to win customers, and how to grow existing customer accounts. Working in Business Development and PR also taught me:

- Why effective business copywriting is so rare – and so powerful
- What customers really want from PR and marketing campaigns
- Why most business communications fail
- Why you must measure and test every piece of PR and marketing you do
